I'm in France. The scenery is truly spectacular. The house is halfway up a hill, so you get a great view if the valley.
There's also a lot of sun. My arms are pretty tanned anyway, but I have a pale strip of skin above my wrist where my watch strap goes. You guessed it; it's sunburned. Thqt one little patch.
There are very few insects (apart for a lot of long-legged wasps, which I'm told aren't hornets), presumably due to the swallows and other small birds everywhere. This has some revelence, because...
